Time For You was started by Freddie and Ruth Rayner, a husband and wife team who started off with a cleaning business themselves and grew this into a thriving franchise management business in the form of Time For You.
Today this franchise management company has evolved and has grown massively. Accordingly a robust management structure is in place with the following key personnel:

Ruth Rayner - Managing Director
Ruth is a founding member of the company and runs the day-to-day operational side of the business. Ruth has a wealth of experience in the franchise sector and in the operation of household cleaning businesses.

Freddie Rayner - Franchise Director
Freddie is our Franchise Director. As such Freddie deals with all the ongoing franchise sales and supporting of our franchisees. He regularly spends time out with our franchisees helping them to develop their businesses.

Sarah Jackson - Franchisee Manager (Time For You Domestic Cleaning)
Sarah is an accomplished Franchisee. She started from absolutely nothing, living in a women's refuge with her children. Such an inspiration was her story, that she featured in both BBC and ITV local TV News, when she reached her 500th client! Sarah now shows new Franchisees how to make the most of our simple and effective training programme. Sarah also mentors new Franchisees during their early years.

Ken Clarke - Training Manager (Bone-Dry)
Ken is an experienced and capable Trainer, having personally trained 35 Bone-Dry carpet cleaners to date, none of whom had any previous experience in the carpet care industry. Ken is very articulate and really cares about the trainees' future prospects. Ken is a highly regarded member of the team.

Debbie Burgoyne - Financial Accounts Manager
Debbie is a true professional, having 15 years experience in financial accounts, and has an IT Background. Previously employed by Mackintyre Hudson Accountants, Debbie has proved invaluable to the smooth financial operation of the Time For You Group.
