Time For You Provides Domestic Services, household cleaning tips & general cleaning tips too!
We provide a superb service that delivers not only quality results every time, but also give you practical house cleaning tips to keep your house looking new.
Q. How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
A. Usually we can arrange a cleaner for you within just a few days. Occasionally due to adverse circumstances, it can take a little longer, however, your local franchised business owner will be able to answer this question more effectively when he/she meets with you.
Q. Who is Time For You?
A. Time For You is the UK's premier domestic cleaning service. Set up to offer quality domestic help to busy individuals who value their precious free time.
Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaner?
A. Simply let your local office know of your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We have a large database of vetted cleaners, one of which should meet your needs perfectly.
Q. Can you supply references?
A. Yes we can. Simply ask your local office and they will furnish you cleaners with references.
Q. Would your cleaner show me a few house cleaning tips?
A. Yes indeed, our valuable cleaning tips are always available to our customers and all of our cleaners are happy to show you household cleaning tips.
Q. How do you find your cleaners?
A. Very carefully! Every single one of our cleaners is interviewed in their own homes. All pertinent ID checks are compiled and an assessment of the cleanliness of the cleaners' home is done by our franchisees. Only after all reasonable checks have been carried out, and having passed our stringent "would we let this person into our own home to clean", would we include them onto our database.
Q. Do you have insurance cover?
A. All our franchisees are insured to the tune of £2 million against the cleaners damaging your property accidentally. Please note that there is £100 excess on all claims, payable by you the client. This is to keep our hourly rates more competitive and offer insurance to cover major incidents of damage.
Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A. Usually, the minimum number of hours weekly is two. Your local office will inform you about their service provision criteria.
Q. Is there a contract to sign?
A. Our contract is initially for a three-month term. Thereafter the contract is for one-month period on a rolling basis.
Please find below a few cleaning tips.
- Light sink stains can be removed by rubbing them with a freshly cut lemon.
- Dark stains - for example rust stains - can be cleaned by rubbing a borax and lemon juice paste over the stains, before rinsing clean.
- Use alcohol to clean chrome, glass and the caulking around the bathtub.
- Let a half-gallon of white vinegar soak in your toilet overnight once a month to keep rings from developing.
- Vinegar is marvellous for getting rid of grease, so for a more effective dishwashing and for that extra shine, just add a couple of tablespoons of vinegar to the washing-up detergent.
- To remove child's stickers from wooden doors, simply apply white vinegar, leave it to soak and then scrap them off.
- You can easily steam clean your microwave by placing a jug half full of water with lemon slices, then switch it on until the water steams. This procedure helps loosen any difficult marks & leaves it smelling fresh.
